On several occasions, we may require additional account verification to process your payouts. To ease the process of submitting this information to us, we've implemented this process.
If you represent a company and intend to receive payouts on behalf of the company, the account must be verified using the company owner (or majority shareholder) documents.
Upon submittal, your account is then reviewed within 24 hours (usually, much less). Afterward, you will receive an email from our approval team with the confirmation of your details being verified or instructions on what needs to be adjusted for the process to be complete.

Your personal and business information is handled with the highest level of security during the verification process. All data is kept confidential, stored securely, and accessed only by an authorized team. We use encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your information, which is used solely for verification and never shared with third parties.

Enhanced Security: Verification helps secure your Agency's account by confirming its authenticity within the platform’s system. This can provide additional safeguards against fraudulent activities or impersonation, as the platform can verify your account as legitimate.
Trustworthiness: Verification adds a layer of credibility to your Agency, as it confirms your account's authenticity. While the verification status is visible only to us, it still ensures that your account is recognized and supported by the platform, providing an added sense of security for future interactions and transactions.
Exclusive Collaboration Opportunities: Verified accounts may be eligible for partnerships or promotional opportunities that are not available to non-verified accounts.
Access to Beta Features or New Tools: Verified accounts might be invited to test new features or tools the platform is developing. This gives you a chance to get ahead of the curve and leverage cutting-edge resources for your Agency.
Verification is optional unless you intend to receive payouts via:
Bank deposits (ACH, SEPA, Wire transfers);
Check.
In these instances, you would have to complete account verification to avoid payout-related issues.
In case you still have not passed the verification of your Agency Account, feel free to find the form in the menu: Account > Verification.
Once you have submitted the requested information, click the Submit button to send it for approval. The status of your approval will be displayed on the same page.
Submitting Your Verification Documents:
We accept only valid government-issued documents for verification, including:
ID cards
International or local passports (must include information in English)
Driver’s licenses
The agency owner must be of legal age to qualify for verification.
Government Issued ID: Upload clear, high-quality images where your name, date of birth, and ID number are easy to read. A third page is only needed if the required details aren’t visible on the first two pages. Accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, TIF, PNG, BMP.
Account Holder Photo: Submit a photo of yourself holding a legible piece of paper with:

Ensure your face and the text are clearly visible. Additionally, provide a photo of yourself holding the same identification document you uploaded earlier, making sure both your face and the ID details are easy to read.
