Main Block of your Agency Admin Panel
Dashboard: This page displays all the main information and statistics regarding your Agency and its creators.
1. The top widgets show:
The number of Creators and Managers currently online.
The total number of Fans your creators have.
The number of currently active chats.
2. The following widget displays statistics on the earnings made by the creators over the last 24 hours:
Depicts the total amount of earnings made in the last 24 hours and breaks it down by transaction types: Subscriptions, Renewals, Feed Posts, Clip Sales, DM Unlocks, Tips, and Refunds.
Earnings breakdown by hour, helping to analyze when the fans are most active.
3. New Fans, Renewals, and Cancellations
This section displays the total numbers:
Of newly joined fans
Of fans who renewed their subscriptions.
Of fans who canceled their subscriptions.
4. The last three widgets depict:
The list of Best Selling Creators in your Agency and their earnings.
Best Performing Managers and the amounts they have earned by assisting your creators in maintaining their pages.
The list of Top Spenders - devoted supporters whose significant spending warrants special attention from your creators.
Transactions: This page displays all transactions from your creators' fans. You can sort them by Creator Name, Transaction Type, User, Date, and Gross Revenue.
Use the Search field to easily navigate through the Creators, enabling you to check all transactions made by a specific model.
Set up the Period and hit the Apply button to check transactions made for a specific time frame or even All Time.
Payouts: This page displays your agency's payout history, including all important details such as the Date when the payout was sent, its Status, the Billing Period, and the Amount paid.
