You, as an agency owner, can create access for your agency employees, and doing that will enable them to log in to their accounts using the credentials sent to them via email. Logging in will bring up an interface specifically designed to make their work easier and allow them to switch comfortably between different parts of it.
Once your employee is assigned a role and a creator, they will see the creators they’ve been assigned in the sidebar menu at the top left of their screen. Clicking on the name of the assigned creator will bring up the different parts of the creator’s account interface that the employee can interact with and manage.
It is important to note that access to parts of the interface depends on the employee's role, meaning the accesses assigned to the current role will be given to the employee. Roles can always be managed in the Roles and Permissions section inside your agency interface.
Now, let’s review what each option provides access to, starting with Messages:
Messages allow the employees to help the creator to manage the conversations with fans of the creator they are assigned to by creating templates, helping with automations, creating mass DMs, and other options to save the creator's time.
Once your employee opens the messages interface, they can select the creator’s messages and choose the chats they want to manage. Additionally, they will have access to creating and editing mass messages to fans, creating message templates for future use, and setting up automated messages for the creator.
While looking through the user card of a specific fan, employees can see information on their spending, details listed by the user such as their local time zone and date of birth. They can also add information on the type of traffic that brought the user to the creator’s page and leave notes on the user’s preferences to serve as a reference for future communication, which might be useful for the creator while talking to the user.
Other possible management options you can assign to roles and make available for your agency employees include the creator’s feed, stories, activity on the creator’s page, vault, and spin the wheel. The management interface for these options mirrors the one inside the creator admin and allows your managers to help the creator with various activities and content scheduling or monitor them if the permissions of their role are set to View. Vault and Spin the Wheel allow employees to upload or manage content and interactive features used for messaging, so access to them can be given to employees who manage messages to have everything ready for effective communication.
Posts interface with full permissions will feature the New post button which would allow the creation of new posts. Posts can also be managed in drafts or after they are published by utilizing the sub-menu accessible to the bottom right of each post:
Stories with full edit permissions will allow your employees to create new stories as well as remove the active ones if this is needed:
Vault with edit permissions will give your employees the ability to add new content or manage the existing content by adding tags to it or deleting it:
Spin the wheel will give your employees an option to create new wheels that can then be used in Messages and manage existing ones that have not yet been set live through the sub-menu next to their name:
