How to use email reports to understand your agency’s performance metrics

Email reports are one of the options that you can use to receive the stats on performance of both your agency creators and employees. Reports on the performance are generated automatically and sent to the email associated with your agency account for you to review.


How do I configure my email reports?

To set up the reporting you simply need to proceed to the Email reports page, click Add report and select the metrics that you want to see in the report and schedule the frequency with which the reports should be sent to you. Reports can include as many KPIs as you would like to ensure that you have all information that you need to understand the performance of both your creators and employees.

What can I include in my reports?

Email reporting can be as detailed as you want it to be and you can select the following data to have it included in your reports. Here’s a quick overview of what you can add to your reporting:

For creator KPIs:

Total earnings - information about how much your agency creators made in total for the period set for the report;
Purchases - details of the user transactions that have been made on creator’s pages; Chargebacks - details on transactions that have been charged back by users;
Unique page views - information on the number the pages of your creators have been viewed by users for the first time;
Average earnings per fan - a median of earnings your creators per user;
Average earnings per creator - average of total earnings of the creators in your agency: New fans - number of new subscribers your creators have received in the period;
Active fans - number of active subscribers of creators in the period;
Expired fans - number of subscribers who had their subscriptions expired;


For employee KPI’s:

DM unlock earnings - earnings made from DM unlocks in chats employees helped manage;

Total DM unlocks - a total number of DM unlocks in chats that your employees helped manage;

Average manager earnings - a median of earnings that employees of your agency helped bring;

Hours worked total - a total time your employees worked;

Chat tip earnings - earnings from tips made in chats that your employees helped manage;

Average hourly earnings - an average of income brought with assistance of your employees;

Once you’ve selected the metrics you wish to see in your reports, you can adjust the frequency the report is emailed to you in the Scheduling details section. The frequency can be set to daily, weekly with an option to select a day of the when when you wish to receive your report, monthly with an option to select the day of the month you wish to have a report sent out to you and quarterly with the report being sent every quarter. Please note that you can select only one frequency range for one report and if you need multiple reports with a different frequency ranges, they have to be created separately.

Can I delete the reports I no longer need or edit the existing ones?

You can always delete unused reports, temporarily disable reports that are not needed at the moment, or adjust your reports in the main menu of the Email reports page by clicking on the Actions button located to the right of the report name and selecting the appropriate option:
