Reset password
If you've forgotten your password, regaining access to your agency account is a straightforward process. Just follow the steps below to reset your password and get back into your account:
Navigating to Login:
Proceed to the login page on Fancentro.
Accessing Password Recovery:
Providing Account Information:
Checking Email:
Scour all your mailbox folders, including spam/trash/promotions/socials, for an email containing the password recovery link.
Resetting Password:
Click on the received link and establish a new password.
Your security is paramount; hence, when setting a new password, ensure it's unique and complex to fortify your account security.
Update password while logged in
If you simply want to change your password to a different one, while you are logged in to your agency account, please follow the instructions below:
Navigate to the Account section in the menu and click on Details.
Find the Password settings and click on Change Password.
In the pop-up window enter your Current Password, New Password, and Confirm the new password. Hit the Apply button to save the changes.
Congratulations! Your newly applied password is saved and can be used to log in to the account.
