Updating your account information is intuitive and can be accomplished in a few easy steps. Whether it's your social media handles or basic account details, here’s how you can keep your profile up-to-date:

  1. Accessing Your Profile and Details:

    • Sign in to your account on Fancentro.

    • Click on Details in the Account section.

  2. Updating Basic Details:

    • Here, you can modify your Agency Name, Contact Name, and Password as needed.

  3. Linking Social Media:

    • The option to add your Twitter and Skype accounts is available for enhanced connectivity.

    • Optional information is the Registration number and VAT.

  4. Changing Email or Phone Number:

    • For updates to your email address or phone number, please connect with the Account Management Department directly either via email or through our live chat feature.
