If you want to adjust your personal account settings and change the email address and/or phone number associated with your agency account, contact our Account Management Department via email or live chat (available in the bottom right corner of this page, as well as any section of your admin panel) and provide this information:
Your Agency Name
The email address and/or phone number associated with the account
The new email address and/or phone number you’d like to connect to the account
In order to successfully update your email and/or phone number, we may ask you to provide a short verification video or a photo of the legal document to confirm your identity before we can proceed with the changes.
We encourage you to proceed with the Account Verification to speed up this process for both sides.
